SOUBOMI is founded by Swati Agrawal, whose yoga journey began at the age of three under the guidance of her grandfather. For her, yoga started as a playful activity, practiced daily without fully realizing its benefits. She grew up witnessing her grandfather lead a fulfilling life, both in his career and health. He lived to the age of 89 without any major ailments, a testament to the power of a balanced and mindful lifestyle.
Swati comes from an IT background, where a high-stress work environment led her away from her yoga practice. Over time, she noticed the impact on her health and well-being. Every time she stopped practicing yoga, she saw a decline in her physical and mental health—only to find healing when she returned to the practice. This realization deepened her commitment to yoga and its transformative power.
Beyond yoga, Swati has a passion for fitness and enjoys high-intensity workouts like Orangetheory. Fitness has played a crucial role in her overall well-being, both mentally and physically.

Our vision at SOUBOMI is to create a space where people can experience the joy, peace, and transformation that comes with a dedicated yoga practice. We are committed to providing high-quality instruction, fostering a supportive community, and promoting holistic wellness.
At SOUBOMI, we believe in returning to the roots of Yoga. Our approach emphasizes simplicity and authenticity, helping you connect with your inner self and find peace in every pose.
At SOUBOMI, coming soon, we will be offering a variety of classes (in person in studios, at your place and online), which will pay attention to breathing exercises and techniques that support different organs, such as the lungs, belly, and kidneys. Together, we will practice slow yoga, focusing on breath as we move through each pose.
In addition to our classes, we are committed to sustainability by providing eco-friendly yoga products. Our offerings will include thicker, high-quality yoga mats and yoga blocks made from recycled and environmentally friendly materials.
With pure intentions and a strong sense of community, we seek your support in this journey. Join us as we create a mindful and inclusive yoga experience for all.
Our Yoga for Stress Relief classes are designed to help you reduce stress and tension, and find peace and balance in your life. You'll learn breathing techniques, gentle yoga poses, and relaxation methods to help you release physical and mental stress.
Our Yoga for Flexibility classes are designed to help you increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and prevent injury. You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile.
Our Yoga for Strength classes are designed to help you build muscular strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You'll move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and empowered.
Our Yoga for Seniors classes are designed to help older adults maintain their mobility, balance, and mental clarity. You'll move through a series of gentle poses that are modified for your needs and abilities, leaving you feeling more energized and confident.
Our Online Yoga Classes are designed to give you access to quality yoga instruction from the comfort of your own home. You'll have access to a library of pre-recorded classes, as well as live streaming classes with our experienced instructors.
